美国国际学校于 1986 年创立，位于香港九龙塘窝打老道 125 号，为一间由美国国际知名评审协会西部学校和学院协会认可的私立国际学校。学校採用美式课程（American Common Core），高中课程则会採用由美国大学理事会授权的大学先修课程（Advanced Placement AP）。设有幼儿教育、小学、初中及高中部，全校共有 15 个班级，共有约 900 位学生。
